Poor Customer return policy

"I ordered a head gear that turned out to be too large, wen I called to swap it for a smaller one I was told too bad you will need to buy another one for almost $20. plus shipping, I would call that very poor Customer Serv=ice!!!!!"

Lesson Learned

"My first res med was purchased through our local medical supply store over 10 years ago for $5K. My new one through CPAP.com was less then $300. If this one last half as long it will be good money spent...and we wonder why our insurance rates are outrageous. If you ever have to spend a night without your machine you know important a timely turn around is important, CPAP.com overnighted my new machine to me, pre-set. Thanks dudes... "
