I bought a new kind of mask in early July that, despite following the fit instructions and measuring carefully, did not fit. I had been cautious and only got it because it had return insurance. I sent it back about a week later and reordered a different size. About 3 weeks after I sent the first one back, I started calling to check on my refund. I have called every week since, and the company says they never received the mask back. I used their return label and followed all instructions. My FSA account card is now out of commission because I have 2 charges over $100 on it, one for the mask I sent back. Now it's an IRS issue with my medical expenses. The last time I called CPAP.com, a rep said she'd check with her supervisor and call me back. That was 9 days ago. No one has called me back or seems to care that I'm now screwed. If they ever resolve this, I will remove this review. If not, I will never shop here again."

"CPAP.com was easy to order from and followed up with a request to let them know how they did. My filters came quickly and fit just as well as the ones I'd previously gotten through the 'official' medical device company. Here's the thing. It cost me about the same to order them from cpap.com as it does when I let it go through insurance. BUT.....the Insurance company gets billed a ridiculously inflated price, and then does a big discount to make the price reasonable to me....Which means, it's all a funny-money numbers game, and the people without insurance get screwed when they have to pay that inflated price! So, I just pay the same as I would have and order it myself. Insurance ****. The less I give the insurance company, the better. CPAP.COM seems to be a well supplied company with reasonable prices and excellent service. Kudos to them!"
