Great chat customer service from Shannon.

"My doctor prescribed (and I ordered) the wrong size cpap mask kit, which was non-returnable (for obvious hygiene reasons.) I thought I was out $148...but Shannon in chat customer service kindly offered a 50% credit towards other merchandise, which I am using to buy more equipment. This courtesy will make me a permanent customer. Fast shipping and highly recommended."

"CPAP Customer service is outstanding! I just spoke with Gloria and she was efficient and courteous. The items I received were fine, however, on reflection I realized I really didn't need those items. A return authorization number was issued with no hassle. Great customer service!"

My hose buddy

"on the 13th of Jan. I ordered a HOSE BUDDY on line, and paid for. it via Pay Pal. On the 18th of Jan I got a email from CPAP.COM that my order was on hold, chk. with Pay Pal. Got that straight at Pay Pal and got a confirmation from them that they had paid CPAP.COM. On the 24th of Jan I received another email from CPAP.COM that my order was still on hold, sent them a email via their talk to a person via there web site. Sent all the info and never heard back. Call the 800 # a few days latter, and was told I was fourth in line (4) left a detailed message,never heard back. Called back a few days latter, and finally talked to a sales rep, they had no record of the order, put me on hold and finally came back and said they finally found the order, and would ship. Did not offer to update shipping or anything. Would never order any Cpap or Bipap equipment from them, if these is there example of there customer service. "
