"Have been pleased with my more than 10 year association with CPAP.com. This visit caught an inexperienced cashier at he front during the lunch hour of the regular employee. Since I was doing an in-store pickup for an online order expected the visit to be uneventful. Cashier initially couldn't track or find the order. With some assistance that issue was resolved. Unfortunately, that was not the worse. Half an hour after leaving the store I received a telephone message to call the store. Apparently the young cashier had charged my and the next customer's items to my credit card. Situation was resolved without any additional cost to me."

"Three main issues I have.
1. Very difficult to get re-imbursement from insurance as C-PAP.com does not except insurance. They only provide a very generic form that is pretty much worthless as it does not cover what is required by the insurance company.
2. I have to make an appointment with my Dr. as I believe my new C-PAP machine was not set correctly to my prescription. They do not ask you how you want the ramp up or if you want ramp up. You cannot make these changes your self.
3. You cannot talk to anyone at C-PAP.com if it is after hours. Leave a message and they will get back to you in one to several days. "
