"I purchased the S9 machine with the climate control tubing and I love it. No more unexpected face washes. Before I had one of those hose snugglers and all that did was collect pet hair and dust and still got wet. Also if my mouth opens during the night this machine doesn't feel like a hurricane is blowing out my mouth. I am a side sleeper so I have been using the swift nasal pillows for her for a couple of years and I can manage keeping it sealed. I took everything out of the box and used it the first night without any issues. Plug and play. The person who took my order was so kind and helpful. Shipping was extremely fast.
