"I travelled to Guam on vacation recently and left behind a necessary part, which I ordered from cpap.com. I knew that it would be expensive to ship to Guam, so I chose the FedEx shipping option ONLY because the cost was approximately the same as what the USPS would cost. I contacted cpap.com when I received your email asking for address clarification, and explained the circumstances, how an FPO works and and discussed the best shipping method and why. In spite of all that, my original order was cancelled and shipped instead to my home address, which was useless to me because I needed it in Guam. I again contacted your customer service, the matter was investigated, it was agreed that a mistake had been made and another shipment was sent out via USPS to the FPO address, however after all that, the part I needed did not arrive in Guam until two days after I had returned to the States. If proper shipping procedure had been followed from the beginning, I would have enjoyed the use of my cpap for at least half of my vacation. I highly suggest that you train your customer service reps what an FPO address is and what procedure needs to be followed in order to ship to one. If you choose not to ship to an FPO, then state it clearly on your order page so that potential customers can make an informed decision whether or not to continue searching for another source for cpap equipment and accessories."

I was able to get new filters sent the next day. That was great! The filters were not as good of quality as the ones I usually get. Some of the disposable filters were warped and would not snap into my permanent filter. The permanent filter was much thinner than the ones I usually get."
