"I bought a automated c-pap machine from them. On there specifition for the device they listed the noise level at 29 decibels. What they don't tell you is the 29 decibels is just the air flow noise. What they fail to tell you is the actual noise level is 37 decibels. I have called them and they place the blame on the manufacturer. They are refusing to solve the problem. Beware, I would not recommend buying from them. "

"Ordering was perfect. But, you need to use your technical staff to ensure that the customer understands precisely what individual parts of his mask are included and which not. I had a few spare parts from my old setup, magnets with clips etc, that made item received serviceable in moments. If I'd not had the parts by chance on hand, I'd have been disappointed. Perhaps you present a picture and parts list showing exactly what is included and what is not. I'd have been happy to purchase anything otherwise that might have been missing. That is, I want to know for certain that I have all parts in the box to meet my needs - no guessing and hoping. Finally, if you could make association somehow with Federal Blue Cross Blue Shield you would minimize my cost. Overall, I was please."

"I bought this for international, long haul flights. It works quite well. I also bought the muffler for the noise, but the background noise on the plane pretty much drowns out the whine of the Z1 CPAP machine, so I could have done without it. If I had it to so over, I would buy an automatically adjusting pressure control capable machine and one that will automatically start. I need to reduce the pressure slightly when the plane is at altitude and cabin pressure is low. As far as dependability -goes - I have had no problems with the Z1."
