"Placed an order online. It got canceled. I called to ask why with no explanation. At that time I placed the order over the phone again, and it got canceled again. Tired of talking to several people who have no clue what's going on. I kept being transferred around sometimes very rudely. Seems Order Control can't be reached to give any explanation.
Not a reliable website to buy anything. I also found out they store your credit card info. In this day and age with all the security breaches, no one should be storing your credit card info. I deleted mine and I highly recommend you delete yours if they store it."
" I went to the CPO Bosch website to purchase a product I needed for business on Feb 22nd. I also purchased a 2nd product during the same order, but one that wasn't time sensitive for delivery. During the purchase I was given a delivery date, Feb 27 and one tracking number. On the Feb 27th, only one product arrived. The one that was not critical, of course. After waiting on hold for costumer service over 12-min I was told that UPS had mishandled the package and he gave me a new tracking number for it. I asked why I hadn't been notified about the screw-up or additional tracking via UPS. After being placed on hold an additional 5 min the service rep now says that acutely my order shipped from 2 different warehouses and was not a UPS screw-up. However, the CPO online system only gave me one tracking number showing the best posable delivery date. Asked if this is their normal way of business the rep could not answer. The remainder of my order will be delivered on March 2nd and thats all he can do. I make business purchase decisions based on the information available. If it is going to deliver on March 2 then tell me that up front. Then i can make the decision to wait for it to save the $50 or go to Home Depot."
"Ordered a hitachi circular saw though Amazon, After two weeks I receive the deliver and its not even close to circular saw some Jet remote control switch for a dust collector. Contacted Amazon they put me in touch with CPO after numerous emails and phone calls and threats I had to ship the item back to them that the shipped wrong before they would give me a credit, never once did they offer to send me the saw I ordered which was fine I wouldn't want it from them anyway after this experience. So it took about another three weeks and finally got my refund though Amazon. Customer service from CPO was horrible. Amazon service was good but they should rethink using them on there site. I would strong suggest you look for another supplier then CPO you will be sorry"

"Horrible experience, was placing an order notice address was incorrect and before I could fix it said order was placed! I immediately called CPO to correct the address and they said they could not do it so I asked to cancel the order and they did. I asked about the charge via paypal that was already credited from my account and they plainly lied to my over the phone telling me that they did not charge it it was just approved and they collect once the item ships. When I called paypal they confirmed they did in fact had already transferred the payment, so I filled a dispute with paypal immediately. I have to now what to get my money back from paypal(thank God) I used them or my money would of been gone."
"I placed an order with the company on Friday Morning and received an email at 430 PM that the order was cancelled. I called customer service, and after a little run around, they said the department that can fix the issue closes at 5, and I will have to call back on Monday, and they will notate that I Called in on Friday, and I will get the same price.
Called on Monday, spoke to 6 different people, to the point Mathew actually recognized my voice. He was empathetic, Raymond, and his manager said that they could not honor the price. When I Stated that is should be called out in the notes on the order, and Mathew stated that it is there, but sales is not honoring the price. For a company to claim "America's leading online tool retailer" they don't understand customers. "

That they had no authorization to do. I strongly recommended not using this company unless you want 2 charges on your bank acct"
"Ordered a new Milwaukee hammer drill and impact kit, they were offering 20% off with purchase of an accessory item...and there was a flash sale where you would receive a free item. I received all 3 products very quickly and in perfect condition. Only negative comment I have would be I'm not impressed with their packing methods but not enough to reduce their rating."

I ordered MK Diamond Floor Scraper, they never shipped it, I called them asked about it, they said UPS misplaced it and they are going to file a claim for lost in the shipping. I called UPS they said they never shipped it, all they did was created a shipping label
When I called him back they said I have to wait 3 to 5 weeks to refund the money.
Please do not buy anything from these crooks"
"I noticed a deal flashing 'buy two bosch tools get a free starter kit". I bought two tools and noticed the KIT was not included. Called immediately and was told it would be sent and I would not see a ticket or confirmation. Two weeks later, no KIT multiple calls with everyone from CPO telling me the tools were not on the deal, which is why I called initially. Get anything theu tell you in writing!"
