"I don't plan on doing business with them EVER again! We ordered the memory, they charged us and said it was on its way. It never showed. They said they couldn't get the memory and that they would credit my card back. I have been trying to get my credit card refunded for 6 months now. Do not give them your credit card number!!! "
"I needed a 256MB SODIMM for my Compaq notebook. After looking on Pricewatch.com CSnap showed a compatible module for a very good price. Since I have had some difficulty finding a compatible module I decided to call CSnap too and comfirm compatibility. A quick phone call to a sales rep. and he confirmed compatibility for my notebook. So I ordered it. Well, upon getting the module it was an Apacer part, as opposed to the Kingmax part they said on Pricewatch and it of course was incompatible! (Apacer's own web site does not even list my noteboook for there memory modules.)
So, I called CSnap.com to return the memory and was told I needed to talk to tech. support first. Upon talking to tech. support and asking to return the memory, they said the memory was most likely defective. Then I told them that the part was Apacer and that the manufacturer did not even list it as compatible. Then tech support said, "Oh!, ummm, let me transfer you to the RMA department". Upon talking to the RMA dept. I was given a RMA number and address to return the memory to. I asked if I would get FULL credit including shipping and was put on hold as he checked, He then came back and said "Yes, a full refund would be given including shipping since the part was supposed to be compatible, but wasn't." I returned the memory and waited for my refund. Ten days later and no refund, so I called and told them when they received the package and when I should get a refund, the customer service rep. said he would put the credit through right away. One week later, still no refund, called again, same story. Finally one week later and the refund appears on my credit card, BUT no refund of the shipping charge. Two emails (BTW their customer service email box is usually full and bounces your email back) and a phone call later and the answer was "Sorry, but our policy is not to refund shipping." even though I was told on multiple occasions they WOULD refund the FULL amount.
So I am very unhappy with CSnap.com and would not recommend them to anyone.

"I placed an order over a week ago for a 20GB hard drive thinking it would ship the next business day so I payed for second day air hoping it would get here the same week. You would think that the hard drive would have arrived in at least 3-4 business days. That's not the case. I emailed their support staff and haven't received any replies to my inquiry. Obviously it hasn't shipped yet since I haven't received a tracking number. I've dealt with companies like this before and I think this is the last time I'm going to get burned by no-name stores on the internet. I'm going to stick with Newegg.com from now on since I've lost trust with most of these CA companies."
