"Overall the staff are very open to ideas and responsive to questions. They are friendly and show a good sense of understanding. Only problem is the pickup/dropoff process. If that process can be fixed so parents aren't left to wonder if and when their children will be brought outside it would be a much better experience for all."

He used to have tantrums and fight daily, which has been eliminated since starting at Child Time. "We truly wish for improvement in the school as far as cleanliness and teacher communication. There have been several mornings at drop off when the teachers don't even address our child. I would expect a welcoming hello , but that is pretty rare. Also at pick up we are constantly asking how the say was , any information we want we have to ask for."

"The Infant 1, 2, & 3 rooms were great. The transition to the Toddler classrooms were not as smooth. The Toddler Room teachers are not as in-tune with my child's needs. My child was bitten twice and they did not notice and it was not reported either time."

We had a warm time with transitions as our son attends on a part-time basis, but he has finally found his groove with his teacher and classmates. He seems happy at drop off and esp. at pick up, and is eager to share all he did with his friends that day. He also talks about his teachers in an positive manner, which makes me feel that his relationship with these caring and hard-working women is healthy. As a mom, this is reassuring.
