"We love Miss Shelby and Miss Allison as well as Miss Andreis and Miss Charlene. They are all caring and conversational and really make our experience at the school great. The transition to the next room ended up not happening but, when we got the note we would have appreciated a phone call to tell us and answer questions. Also, they tried to transition our child at the same time there were 2 brand new teachers starting in that room. That doesn't seem like a good time and I don't believe that one of the teachers has the personality and caring attitude that we see displayed in the other teachers in the Infant program. Our child ended up staying in his classroom which we prefer for now."

Among your staff, with the exeption of the Director who is new to this location, I think Julie is one of your biggest assets. Not only have I witnessed her take charge and manage quite well but also she is very polite and professional with the teachers and parents. Regarding the assistant director, while I don't think she is as professional as she could be or otherwise, maybe some professional development would be beneficial--not just staff but others can benefit as well. Finally, treat your teachers better. Don't assume that because the business is a daycare that the turnover rate will be high. Be a standout. I work for a great company that trains their employees so they could leave and work anywhere. But they treat their employees so well, they would never want to leave. And one last note, I mentioned the value of childtime previously. This doesnt mean I don't like it there, it means you could get much better value."
