"What I don't like is the smell that creeps up through the pipes smelling like chemicals, acid, and eggs. The school needs better locks since the company seems to want to keep the kids in a strip mall setting with drunks and homeless people that hang right near the center. The gate to the playground won't hold nothing back. The building is older than me and needs to be remodeled and at least look inviting and safe. I have a neighbor whose child attends here, but him and his wife feel the same way I do. We really need to think about safety for the kids and workers. Yall dont have problems with raising the fees and putting kids out if a week is missed. So dont have a problem with keeping the kids safe. Give them better food. These kids be starving when they leave. Try finding a bigger, better building but still being convenient. DO BETTER!!!!! By the kids and the staff!!!! They need a raise and at least 3 more teachers and a janitor instead of making the teachers and director do it."

"My overall experience with this daycare has been good. The teachers are great, the director is caring and the kids are thriving. My dissatisfaction with company is you aren't taking care of the center as you should. That center is old and needs fixing and repairing. There is a bad smell coming from the pipes that smell like eggs so that let's me know it's acid of some kind in the pipes. They need a safer building. You have the daycare in a strip mall of sorts, the Crack heads and drunks hang over there daily and they be by the fence where the kids are playing. The center needs a better location. The staff do a good job at trying to those types out but also what about when they get off from work? Their safety??? You want parents to pay the high fee but you are not willing to provide a really safe and nurturing environment for the kids. Nobody wants to walk in and smell that. DO BETTER BY THE CENTER, THE PARENTS, THE STAFF MEMBERS, AND THE KIDS. AND GIVE THEM BETTER CHOICES IN FOOD FOR THE KIDS!!!"

"I absolutely adore Miracle’s teachers who interact with her daily, Ms. Celeste Lee, Ms. Robyn Morse and Ms. Marquette Goins are true gems. Everyday they go out of their way to make Miracle feel comforted and that means the world to me. Ms. Celeste Lee greets Miracle with a warm welcome every morning. It’s a beautiful bright start to the day for me to see that Miracle is lifted in great hands."

"My kid loves the school. The teachers are clearly qualified, but they aren't always on the same page. It makes me think that the admin isn't clear about what the classroom priorities are. There also has been some missteps in communication from admin- extra program charges being added without communication"

"The only issue I had with the center was the cost before I was able to get help. I understand post pandemic prices have risen a lot because companies want to recoup the costs they lost during the pandemic, but for some we aren't able to get help with the cost or making payments only every week isn't feasible. But overall the head office was able to work with me and I appreciated that. But I will say I really don't want my granddaughter going to another daycare. She is loved here and the staff are very respectful. Ms. Jackson is terrific and Ms. Terrica is wonderful."

"We love our experience at Childtime overall, but more recently we're growing concerned with the value of education and service we're receiving. With two children in the facility, we understand that policies shift but the change in sibling discount significantly affects our decision to continue at this school. We are also concerned with the high turnover recently and that in our time spent across both classrooms it has come up organically how understaffed the classrooms are and our current teachers feel the pressures of childcare on them. We are hoping this semester settles into a more consistent rhythm."
