"Cleanliness is sometimes a problem and our child has had at least 3 to 4 different teachers in one class. This is a significant problem."

"Overall we love this school and the teachers. The teachers always welcome my son in the morning with hugs and help ease him in when if he is having a rough morning. In the afternoon they give me updates on his progress and genuinely seem to look forward to seeing him the next day. My son has grown exponentially since he started here and that is what we were looking for. I wish the school was located somewhere else as the outside environment and surrounding area doesn't seem great but no issues so far."

"We have only been enrolled for a short period of time but so far our experience has been positive. The teachers are great about answering questions I send through the Brightwheel app and they are always pleasant when I see them at drop off/pick up times. My child was previously in a home daycare which was great but I am really happy to have him enrolled here where he gets a structured curriculum and interaction with more kids his age."

"Overall I’m satisfied. Thank you for the keypad entry and safety precautions. The staff is kind and seems happy to see my child. My two concerns overall: I wish this location supplied a real time video feed for parents, and two, the outside appearance of the strip mall in which our location is situated is terrible. I do not think this is on child time as much as the property manager for the strip mall. The Child time banner sign on the awning is faded and has been ripped by a windstorm. The awnings over all storefronts are faded. It does childtime a disservice because inside is clean. It would be nice if the landlord updated the awnings and signs. I was pleasantly surprised when I first toured that the inside is not like the outside :-)"

"We love the teachers at the school, and our children are generally happy while there. However, we often feel that our questions and concerns are not valued by the staff and that our children are just on a conveyor belt. We'd love more child-focused attention, better communication on the social-emotional development of our children and their daily activities, and more/different outdoor space. It is also disheartening that there is such high teacher turnover and that the wages of the teachers are so low. It's very unclear where all of our tuition goes!"

The teachers clearly care for her and all the children and plan lots of fun, educational activities throughout the day. The structure of the day is also very consistent, which makes it easy for us to maintain a schedule at home too. Janet is an excellent director, she and her admin team keep everything running smoothly and keep parents well-informed about any changes."
