"There have been some issues with how some of the caregivers have handled the children, physically. I have brought it up to the director and it seems to be getting better. I do worry that when disciplining them, it is done more in a derogatory way, instead of guiding or teaching. Overall, my son loves it there, and I trust that he is loved and cared for there as well. I understand taking care of 9+ kids at once can be overwhelming, but it is so important to have self control over your own emotions and a lot of patience. Toddler's have big emotions of their own and need us to help regulate them. We love Shauna and April!! Ms D has her hands full, but shows up every morning and it always in a good mood when we talk."

"We were very nervous, first time parents, having to leave our 7 week old infant in the care of people we didnt really know that well yet. But everyone was kind, supportive, caring, empathetic and really encouraging. 3-4 weeks later and we dont know what wed do without them! They have been a huge help and going beyond what is needed to help her be comfortable and adjusted at daycare. Our daughter is well loved and cared for and we couldnt ask for better teachers & management. We are very blessed!"
