My children are 4 and 2 and it was their first time in a center setting, Ms Rachel made sure that all my questions were answered and told me about day to day learning and activities. "Unfortunately lately the caliber of teachers has gone way down. The infant room is fantastic and there is one amazing teacher (Ms Tabby) otherwise the other “teachers” are basically glorified babysitters. It’s very disappointing to not receive one lesson plan in over a month for a child in pre K. We are actively looking to find somewhere else because we have no idea what sort of education they are even providing in Pre K. Huge lack of communication between the “teacher” and us as parents. People are nice there but we also pay for our kids to learn."

"When we first enrolled our oldest, we were very happy with the teachers and care. In the past year, the turnover has been so high that the teachers are inconsistent and coming and going that I don't feel I know who is going to be the teacher next month. I'd like more presence in the front at drop off and pick up for safety reasons. Melissa has been really good and a consistent director, she's been challenged with turnover. I feel the teacher staff is representative of stability, and it doesn't feel stable."
