"Everyone that my children were to interact with, I met. The level of kindness and understanding is amazing. We are transitioning from a stay at home family to a daycare family. It is stressful for me, but the tour and peole at the school reassured me. This is why I choose Child time over every other school I visited."
"My child has been attending for about two months. I spent a good amount of time comparing places, but Childtime impressed me the most even at that stage. The level of organization and the focus on curriculum, particularly for the junior kindergarten program really stood out to me. Childtime was the only place I visited that even attempted to talk about things like Writing without Tears, getting ready for kindergarten, etc. It made me feel like there was a second level he'd eventually get to graduate into -- many other preschools I visited did not seem to have this same focus.Getting updated via the app is invaluable. I love getting photos of my son engaging with the other children. It's great knowing what he ate. And on more than one occasion I have asked the teachers how he was doing only to have them make a real point to update me via the app and then in person later. I really appreciated that. I also feel like negative interactions the children inevitably have are handled well. Every person I run into there knows my son already and that has really made a difference for our peace of mind.Really couldn't be happier at this stage."
"I feel like the updates on Brightwheel have become much more consistent. The updates and pictures are important to me. Also because of the updates I know what they are learning and working on throughout the week."
"I feel very comfortable with my child staying here because she is safe and she is learning"
"Good school. Would however like to see those bushes taken down around entrance. Blocks view and people scream around that blind corner. More visibility is better."
"We have been very happy with the progress our child has made while enrolled at childtime."
"The restrooms are always disgusting and are almost never cleaned. Sanitation of the toys needs to be more than spraying them with a bottle of chemicals."
"I have been very pleased with how nice and professional everyone at the school is. I am very satisfied with how they take care of my nephew. He is always so happy and in a good mood when I come to pick him up. I can tell that he really loves it there, and I will continue to give them my business and recommend it to anyone."
"Great school. Only complaints are the high tuition rate (we can't afford to do 3 days a week like we want to) and the horrible smell when you walk through the door. The entry way and front of the school smell terrible."
"Overall good. Love the teachers and progress my child has made. Some issues with room transition. It also looks like they are having staffing isssues."
"The Childtime location in Arnold was amazing. The director, Melissa, did a wonderful job running the facility and knowing who the children and who the parents were. The newborn/infant teachers were great, especially, Liz, who cared for our daughter and son eventually. In addition, the teachers in the toddler room, Christina and Cassie, cared and nurtured both children. We moved away and but our eldest made it to the 2's where Taryn and Ms LaDonna showed our daughter really great things and helped develop her personality, skills and helped figure her out what she liked to do (e.g., color and sing Frozen songs) while our son was still a baby. It was very sad to leave such a wonderful place because our kids loved their teachers and the teachers cared. I think this is the best decision we ever made for our kids."
"Love Childtime. Everyone is friendly and willing to help in anyway possible. They shiw a true love for the children in their care."
"Communication with the front office could be better. If I don’t speak directly to director no one gets back to me about my questions. Also the front office doesn’t communicate with the teachers with pre-scheduled absences. Pet peeve of mine, but I am constantly seeing little ones with dried snot coming out of there nose. If a kid is sick and the teachers don’t ask the parent to keep that child home the least they can do is wipe their snot when needed."
"We absolutely love the teachers and staff. They are compassionate and caring towards myself and child. I love getting updates and pictures throughout the day. I always recommend Childtime to other parents seeking a good learning/daycare center."
"The current infant room my son is in, he is 3 months old is great. Natasha and Jess are great with my son, they are always welcoming towards us and seem to enjoy their jobs. Makes me feel so much more at ease when I drop my son off."
"My daughter and son have been going to Childtime for a couple years. I love Melissa, the director and my children's teachers. They are always helpful and go above and beyond when I have odd requests or odd schedules. I feel they are getting a good education and will be super prepared for school. I recommend Childtime to friends all the time."
