"I think everyone is very friendly and my daughter gets good care. i feel that she is safe when we drop her off st daycare which is very important to us. We have had problems with the communication through the app. There has also been a few days when our daughter comes home so thirsty, we wonder if she had anything to drink that day. She has also been sick many times since starting school here which could be due to lack of cleaning toys and play areas and no hand washing of the babies. This could likely be an issue at any daycare but hand hygiene can be done at any age, especially before meals. We do love the staff here though, we always feel welcomed and comfortable coming in for drop off and pick up which is also very important."

The only reason I put a five for understanding my child's individual needs is because my baby has a flathead and I have asked for them to keep him off of his back as much as possible. Every time I have picked him up he is always on his back. I understand you cannot keep them off of his back all day. I am concerned that tummy time isnt being done as much as possible during the day like I have requested."

"The love and compassion we feel directed to our sons has caught us by surprise. But it most welcome. We were worried about the transition to the stay-at-home life into daycare. The teachers make my sons feel welcome and they concentrate on making the classroom inviting and fun for all of the children. We won't go anywhere else! It has been a blessing to find a daycare that shows compassion and empathy towards our feelings as parents as well as my sons' feelings!"
