"Aside from the CPS issue, I really enjoyed it here. I was also an employee and I was very sad this is how it had to end. Haley, the director, is AMAZING and I truly wish the best for her. I think the staff should be educated on what is actually appropriate to call CPS for and that they should try to have conversations with the parents or director about any concerns for a child so that unknown issues can be addressed ahead of time. They should also know how serious CPS allegations are and that they could potentially rip apart a family where the children are loved and cared for."

The teachers and entire staff are truly so amazing every teacher/assistant teacher knows my child by name and he loves every single one of them. he has learned so much and progressed so much since he has been there, he is like a completely different kid. They address our questions and concerns to the best of their ability. We couldn't ask for a better place to send our little boy. I would recommend Childtime to any parents that is hesitant to send their child to daycare, you wont regret it."

"The staff are very good at informing me of my child's progress. I am working diligently on setting a path that matches his level of growth , and soon he will be going to kindergarten. I would like to make sure that we can make a plan for that transition. I really appreciate this school."

"Disengaged teachers and management. They do not use the app to communicate. I have no idea what happens while my child is there unless my child tells me. Older kids are allowed to spend most of the day on the iPad."

"Overall we have have had a positive experience. The teachers (especially in infant 1 - Kelsey and Sydney are some of the best!!) have been very loving and caring to eases our kids. However we have had significant issues with the lack of cleanliness in the classroom, which stems from making the teacher’s responsibility for cleaning/sanitizing when they simply cannot do so during the school day while taking care of our children. I am disappointed that childtime is putting profit above well-being of our children. When awards are given for making $1 million at our center, but we cannot pay for someone to clean so our children stay healthy, it shows where the company’s values and priorities lie unfortunately."

"Overall it has been a great experience in changing schools for us. I have noticed that there is a big difference between the teachers from one room to another. One classroom my child always ate all of their meals, the new classroom reports are they are not eating anything. I am not sure what the disconnect is or whether there was misinformation. I also noticed that the new room teachers seem a lot more stressed out and not as friendly. They do engage in conversation and provide information about the day, however I do not feel like they are as personable."
