They provide her with age appropriate education and sense of security within the relationships that she has built with the staff. They are very personable and I feel comfortable with discussing my child and her education with them. I would reasoning this center to other parents in need of young school related care."

"I will applaud the center for hiring more teachers but i do feel like there should be at least 2 teachers until the end of day. The last couple weeks have put me at ease. I am thankful because it seems like my daughter isn’t as disgruntled and distressed when i drop her off. The teachers seem lighter and nicer. "I do understand that the school is not just filled with my son but the school is also suppose to be inclusive and is suppose to give every kid the same care time and attention. We have not received that therefore it has not been the best experience."
"Generally love staff and social experience we have had there. I appreciate how warm his classroom teachers are with him, and they answer all my questions. I did not like paying for 2.5 days of thanksgiving week that the school was closed. If the school does not allow us to attend, it would be a better practice to offer a prorated rate for that week especially with the cost of daycare being so high on normal weeks. Also, I registered for daycare an was quoted one rare, but when we attended it had increased. I did not know this was a possibility but I didn’t have any time to lol for another school at that point. (Had I know ahead of time I would have)"

They genuinely seem happy to be there and appear to work well together as a team and support each other. We are so grateful for the dedication, commitment and compassion of the staff here. My little one is always excited when we arrive, and other children seem happy as well!"

"I feel like information is provided after the fact. Oh by the way . . . There was missing important information that we should have had prior to my child's first day. I know everyone is understaffed and overworked, but our first day was not a good experience."
"Overall, I like the school and my child has been there for a while. We keep our child in the school as they are familiar with the teachers and we don’t want to disturb relationships that have been created. However, the school seems to either lack on curriculum or their communication about it. We pay curriculum fees but haves seen anything they have been working(other than play) when we check the camera. My hope is that I’m just missing it but when I ask my child about their day and what they have done I get a good answer. My child is preparing for kindergarten and I want to make sure they are prepared. We work on things at home too but chose a learning center and to pay tuition for our child to be prepared for next steps. We have toured another school several times and really loved it and the curriculum offerings. The only reason we did not move forward is because our child has many friends at this school and teachers that they trust."

"OVerall it has been very positive. The teachers love my children (or act like they do lol) and my kids enjoy going to school most days. The only hold-up I have is the cost, and the fact that I have to pay the reservation fee for covid closures. If it was my choice to keep them out for the week, I would have no problem paying the reservation fee, but when the school is closing for COVID or holidays, I think it's unnecessary for us to pay for childcare that is not available to us."

As my first child and considering her age, I was apprehensive to have her attend daycare, however, throughout the past year that she has been there, I am sure that I chose the best care for her in which she has learned so much and enjoys going. The staff are always positive and are attentive to my child’s needs."
"Chester Child-time overall is expensive for a family with more than one child. However, you do get a better quality of care than an in-home, or privately owned daycare."

"Like many mothers, I was nervous and dreading having to put my baby in child care as I went back to work but my mind was put at ease after meeting for enrollment. I had a good feeling about the staff, who have maintained positive attitudes, and loved that I had video access to my child’s room. With the understanding of the importance of a child’s ability to develop secure attachment, I was happy to see how responsive and engaged the teachers were to the infants. I also always receive pictures/videos throughout the day! The responsiveness is prompt when it comes to communication and they are very understanding."
