"Overall, I really like this school. Our child has been going here for a while and we’ve had no major issues with them. They are loving to my child and respectful to our family. From the communication that we get via the app and talking to teachers I just wonder if the curriculum is as advanced as I feel like it should be.I wonder if my child could get more for our money or if there’s more they can be added to further stimulate my child’s mental capacity and ability. And although I’m very happy with the fact that they do serve meals at this location which makes it a lot easier on our family, I wonder if the meals could be better could because sometimes they just seem poorly thought out."

"The staff at Childtime 1007 are truly amazing. They always greet me and my children when I walk into the building. The facility is always clean upon my arrival and always has a welcoming smell. The management team is amazing and always willing to answer questions when I have them."

"I am pleased with the Child Time on Old Lane but the Memory Lane location was good the first 3 years my child was there from 8 weeks to 3. We left in April due to behavioral issues that the incompetent staff could not handle. The Memory Lane location also had many citations by Department of Social Services. My son would tell me that teachers didn’t like him. I am so grateful Nikki had a spot at the location on Old Lane and forever grateful for my child to be in a loving and nurturing environment!"

"My son started going here at 6 months old and attended until just a few weeks after his 2nd birthday. I picked him up on 8-8-18 and took him home everything seemed fine until I put him in the bath tub. He had a huge bruise on his side with what looked like finger marks coming off of it and a large scratch under his neck on his back and several bite marks also on his back. I took him to the dr to have him checked out and the dr clearly stated to me she could not determine if an adult or a child left those marks on my son but there was no way another 2 year old did that to him. The next day I confronted to director of the daycare and she was completely taken off guard by what I told her and even more so when I should her the pictures of my son. I pulled him from the facility immediately. I filed a report with the state and CPS was Involved in the investigation as well. They came up with negative finding becuase everyone there says they didnt see anything happen to him and my son is too little to tell me what happened. I will never know what happened to my child other than he was not being properly supervised. I would never recommend this daycare to anyone. I certainly couldn't and wouldnt trust them with my child again."
