"Overall the experience has been great! The directors and teachers are very friendly and supportive of my family being a part of ChildTime. My only concern is the lack of communication unless we ask very specific questions. A general heads up, especially around health and wellness or when systems or protocals are changing, even temporarily, would be greatly appreciated."

From what I understand, she is the reason there are communication issues that other parents have mentioned. When she forgets to give you something, she pretends like it is your fault. She has acted condescending in all of my interactions. I actually dread seeing her. I actually can’t wait until I can find another daycare. "

"Generally negative. Teacher quality is highly variable, with some excellent teacher and some fine teachers. Turnover is very high so teacher.Communication is extremely poor, both from the teachers and the administration, and overall the administration has been awful with billing issues, not following their own policies, not answering parent questions, not returning phone calls/emails, and inconsistent and sometimes incorrect information when you do hear back from someone."

"Prefer a more professional Regional Manager. Regional Manager lacks in tact and abilities to resolve simple issues. This individual does not show empathy and is inconsiderate when dealing with someone else's finance. Manager does not have the knowledge of higher level decision-making for proper resolution. She is inefficient and does not value clients nor has recovery strategies. This individual is not a good fit for this organization or any organization dealing with clients, children education, or that of child development. Please look into providing ample training or resignation of this Regional Manager."

"Children's House was amazing. The teachers and management were great. When ChildTime took over, they ran out all the people that made that school amazing. They brought in management that does not want to do anything. The only saving grace is the amazing teachers you have; Ms. Keysha, Ms. Debbie, Ms. Angie, and Ms. Dianne. If those 4 ladies were not at this school then we probably wouldn't still be there."

"There has been a lot of teacher turnover since Childtime took over. I was comfortable with the previous staff, not so much now. I also strongly feel that if the daycare will be closed, either due to a holiday or teacher training parents absolutely should not be charged for that day. That is the main reason I considered moving to another facility."

Prior to enrolling my child I saw Ms. Leslie at the store and she welcomed me as though I was already a regular parent in the school. It made me feel very comfortable knowing that my child would be around loving, caring adults."
