"When we started in June 2021, the administrative tasks and paperwork aspects were really quite disorganized. Our completed documents were lost or not accessible by the right people. Administrative things and communication have improved dramatically with the previous director leaving and Ms. Jackie taking over. We love how Ms. Jackie is running things. She's organized communicative and gets things done in a very timely manner. We hope if Childtime chooses to hire a director from outside it is with someone, as open and helpful as Ms. Jackie, but really we love how things have gone since Ms. Jackie has been in charge."

"I loved appreciation week and school photos. Even for infant room. Tonnisha and Aaliyah are simple amazing. I can tell them concerns and all and they always love my baby when he comes to school. The way he reaches for them and smiles I know he loves them. I wish a fever didn’t mean he had to miss 24 since it’s so hard got his father and I since we have no family at all here. I’m happy the school is concerned but I wish we could just monitor the fever until the next day. One thing also… the school contacted me when my son went into the hospital to ask about him and I was just amazed. I never expected that level of concern and it was there. I choose this place because when we were looking this was the only place we walked in and felt welcomed and were spoken to by each person who worked there’s I definitely tell everyone about you!"

"Overall, we are very happy with our child's experience at Childtime. We would prefer more consistent/frequent communication regarding school policies instead of learning them verbally in passing at the end of the day by one of the more vocal teachers. When communications are sent electronically, sometimes they are through Brighwheel and sometimes through email. It is difficult to keep track where to look when attempting to reference different issues that may arise. Maybe posting AND emailing them in both places would be helpful or indicating what type of communications will go to which form of communication. The new policy about handwashing when entering classroom is confusing and only posted on the door. Do parents have to wash hands at every pickup and dropoff? Are they not allowed to enter the room if they don't wash their hands? Is sanitizer enough if just picking up and dropping off?"

We could afford to send our child to a fancier school, but I appreciate the diversity of our school and the nurturing care our child has received. I really think Ms. Samantha is a great director, and I noticed real improvements after the teacher in service day on Presidents' Day. I also noticed vastly improved parent communication and more organized activities after she returned from maternity leave."
