"My son and I just moved here from Charleston, WV. When accepting my new job, my first priority was finding a daycare, close to my work, who had open spots, and was highly recommended. We moved to Cincinnati, not knowing anyone so trying to find a daycare was hard. We saw that Childtime had two locations in downtown Cincinnati. The first location didn't have any spots open. I called the second one, thinking they wouldn't have any spots open and fortunately they did, we scheduled a tour, and immediately we feel in love! The staff were incredibly kind, answered all my questions, and I loved how locked down and secure the building is. It literally makes me feel so safe knowing my child is in the right care. We just came from a daycare that treated my son awfully and didn't attend to his needs at all. Since being here for 2 months, my son has learned more here than he did back home in the 2 years he was at his old daycare. Thank you childtime for making this worried momma's heart a lot less stressed out."

"We love the school and the teachers, my only concern is that the teachers do not make a living wage. Would be willing to pay more for childcare if the teachers made more. I feel horrible knowing that the women caring for my child are likely struggling financially. I understand that my alternative would be to hire a nanny and pay them what I think is appropriate, but then my child would miss the social interaction that I think is so valuable. If there is anything we can do to help improve the wages for the teachers, please let us know!!!"

"Great experience. The staff is friendly and respectful. My children are comfortable and clearly enjoy their teachers. The teachers are very caring and responsive. The teachers know all the kids names (even when not in their class) and the parents- they are always welcoming and greet everyone. I have recommended the center to several other people."

"Rude staff. Careless. I've picked my child up too many times with pee soaked clothing, underwear sideways, shoes on the wrong feet, and a messy face. They never take my concerns seriously. It's like the staff looks at caring for children as just something they do for a check instead of something they truly care about."

Sometimes we don't receive accurate updates regarding feedings/ naps and we rarely receive photographs. While I do believe All center teachers care for the children some lack the professionalism and child-speaking charisma I would like to see present."

"Childtime has been great for our family. The center is very flexible with my ever-changing schedule (I work in healthcare). I am confident that my children are well cared for. The infant teachers have been very supportive and patient with us as we work through some health issues for my 6 month old daughter. My 2 1/2 year old son often speaks of his teachers and friends at school. I will say that I am disappointed with the high turnover rates for the teachers. I feel that we have lost a lot of great teachers in the 2 years we have been coming to Childtime. At the same time, the new teachers always do a great job as well. I would feel more comfortable with consistent, long-term staffing."
