"Great experience with the school. As a first time mom, with a 3 month old, I am highly impressed with the care that Ms. Claudia, Ms. Kineysha and Ms. Sally provide to my baby. Gives me a peace of mind. They are so personable, keep me updated with the bare minimum my baby has going on during the day and have so much patience. I really appreciate how much they care about my baby."
"I’m consistently grateful for this school. My son loves being there, everyone from the director to teachers are amazing and I could not have picked a better location for him."
"Teachers have been very kind and engaged."
"We love it here. The staff is amazing and attentive. No complaints."
"Front staff great and helpful. Sometimes can come off fake or dismissive especially over the phone ."
"Honestly, there have been teacher that I love, but they always end up leaving the school. The turn over is so high that I don’t feel like I can form a relationship with the teachers. The review I read of the school was “this is a good babysitter, but not much more,” and I feel like this is still accurate. This was the most affordable daycare that had openings in my area, but after picking up my daughter many times covered in snot and dirt, I would not think twice about switching daycares regardless of the price when available."
"We love the staff, price and location of this school."
"I love that my daughter is socialized with many other students and plays outside and eats lunch cafeteria style. I love the instruction she does receive from her teachers. However, they only work with half of them at a time and the other half free play. There are too many two year olds in one room for this to be effectively managed by the other teacher. Many students run around, take off their shoes, and interrupt the lesson for those trying to learn. They need a third adult to help manage the behavior so the lesson teacher can focus on the lesson. The free play teacher can help the free play kids focus and the assistant can help wherever needed."
"Before child time took over the school, I had nothing but good things to say about this location. The turn over was low and the teachers were very willing to converse with parents. Once child time took over, the turn over has been very high, the teachers are not always willing to converse with parents and the communication has gone down in the last year. There are good teachers there that are great with kids, but then there are many teachers that are clearly frustrated with the days events."
"You all take pride in jobs"
"My experience with the school has been poor from the start. The front staff are rude, unfriendly and do not know how to engage with parents. The teachers seem overwhelmed and there have been times there is not enough staff to meet ratio in the room. I have attempted to remove my child to a different school but due to waitlist have been stuck here until we can find a more suitable place that will provide a loving & nurturing environment."
"The school overall is not bad. The location and value are good. I wish the teachers were more engaging and promoted more of a learning environment or had educational activities for them. I think the school should prepare you as to what you are required to bring as the child moves rooms. Like when do we need to bring sheets or sippy cups vs what is provided. We had no clue that our child would be moved to a cot once they turned one and then required to bring in extra supplies. It's fine that we have to bring them, we just needed to be prepared that it was going to happen."
"We were part of the school when it was Collina and now Childtime. We love the school, staff and other families. Our children thrive here and love coming to this school."
"I love the staff at this school. I am thankful to have found somewhere for my son to attend where I know he is safe, the teachers and staff truly care. I recommend this daycare to everyone!"
"Horrible. Don’t put any child here"
