"We love the enthusiasm and interactions the teachers have with our kids. We love how excited our kids are to be there and how happy they seem when sharing their day with us"
"Absolutely love! Exceeds my expectations!"
"Miss the staff and atmosphere when our first child started there 6 yrs ago, definitely doesn't feel the same anymore."
"One of the most expensive daycares. After comparing I find its one of the only schools with the technology, aside from that I’m not sure why we pay so much. There are constant teacher changes. Registration fees, pictures twice a year, book fairs twice a year, renovations with no notice that it’s happening until the day of, parties start at 3pm—that doesn’t help working parents, how about 4pm, more ideal for a working parent to leave work early. There is a lack of communication. I dealt with it for years, all the teacher changes and the high rates, but this new director and I never clicked. I didn’t realize I could pay less for a larger facility until I researched a new place since the wrap around was cancelled. I used to love it and refer people here but no longer do or will. Unfortunately it was a terrible end to the almost 5 year experience."
"I enjoy the school a lot. I think my daughters teacher is beyond amazing! I think the cost of the school is ridiculous especially for a independent 4 year old who doesn't even eat lunch there. We bring her own food because the food provided isn't exactly healthy. I enjoy what she is learning and how proud she is when she shares a song or something from school. But I am not happy that these upgrades that we had no decision on increased tuition."
"The stafe is amazing and they love what they do and they show it by the amazing activities! My daughter started in January and she loves going every day! She also has improved so much in a short time with her leading skills. Now when she comes so she singing songs in the car."
"Overall we are very pleased. Our main frustrations are all artifacts of when kids are passed between classrooms throughout the day. It is always better when we have one teacher for most of the day, or at least most of the week."
"After Jen Cameron left it went downhill. The teachers are great the management is terrible. The price increases are more than raises, Im not sure how you expect a family to afford it. I pay $30 more per week for preschool than I did for my first child less than two years ago. That rate increase is shameful."
"First time experience with daycare. I've had mixed feelings but things have gotten better over all to the point that I feel comfortable with my child being there and the happiness of my child while she's there."
"Very professional and organized. Great communication with parents. We are just not sure how much time do the teachers invest interacting with our child."
"I feel I can give an accurate assessment of this school as my child has only attended less than 6 months. However I did the best I could. My daughter really enjoys Ms. Lacey and has bonded with her for sure. As for the potty problem I hope to speak with Latoya when I return from vacation. Accidents happen, I just wish it would have been reported to me. Love the remodel, everything looks great!"
"Great school.. Warm environment.. Caring teachers.. My daughter is always excited to go to school.. Recommend it .."
"So far, it has been a good experience for both of my children. The tuition is expensive, but overall I would recommend ChildTime to others."
"Loved this school back in the day when my other child attended...now they just want my money and tell me nothing. Between horrible communication, management not caring about their teachers, and staffing inconsistencies, I feel my child and myself are not getting the value for the money. Teach the new director how to be friendly and actually communicate changes to the entire Center family (aka teachers and parents) about big changes, like moving multiple rooms around. Parents grow to think if their childrens teachers as friends & family. I like reading their honest departure letters that say where they're going or what they're doing. I get sad when they're gone and I didn't get to say goodbye. I also feel telling the teachers to lie in their departure letters is a horrible thing to do and makes me distrust Childtime management even more."
"Generally very positive. Through the change of director, I have noticed there has been a large lack of communication regarding the changing of children's rooms, who will be teaching them, etc."
