"We have been super happy with Childtime. I couldn't answer all of the questions above because my son is less than 2 years, so although they are learning things it's hard to gauge. Any time I've needed something or had a concern I was prompted replied too with sincerity and felt heard and satisfied at the end."
"As soon as I walk in the door I feel happy and comfortable. There is a smile on everyone's face. My children are excited to be there and to see the teachers."
"My general experience has been great. They know my child by name which is very nice when I call. If I am calling to say my child will not be in they know exactly who my child is and ask how my child is feeling or doing."
"We love the school. The teachers are great with our kids and our kids love them. Thank you, Child Time."
"Quality, caring & qualified teachers and staff. Director & Asst. Director manage the school well. We feel comfortable with the atmosphere they maintain at the school. Our daughter enjoys her time there. It has been a productive experience for her to grow, learn & socialize."
"Great Experience. I always get the feeling the staff truly care for my child and want the best for him. He has done so well in his time there I would not think of changing day cares."
"Getting worried my younger child will not have the opportunity to move from one class to another due to max capacity and only moving when someone else quits or a new baby is starting."
"We love our school! Words cannot describe how blessed we feel to have such wonderful people taking care of our little girl. It starts at the top and Jen does a great job leading her team!! Love them all!!"
"There doesn't seem to be a great effort to involve the parents or create a community feel. I have made suggestions in the past about forming a PTA to create that community feel and provide the opportunity for parents to meet one another as well as form better relationships with the teacher. Through a PTA-like organization, fundraising could occur to provide opportunities for special programs for the classrooms - bringing in a science education opportunity, local art organizations, periodic music education or engaging local law enforcement, firefighters, etc to educate the children on the importance of these organizations (especially around fire safety week, etc). The school seems to be outdated in terms of technology (all communication handled via paper handouts) and billing - cannot setup recurring payments via credit card. Overall we have been content with the school though I do feel there is room for improvement!"
"It's a very difficult thing to hand off your baby and return to work but Childtime in Clifton Park has been nothing but welcoming. Whenever I call to check in, the staff is very friendly and I've never gotten the impression that I am bothering them by calling. They have also been helpful in letting me know what my child needs during the day. The only thing that I am not completely in support of (although I understand the need for staffing reasons) is when the groups get mixed in the morning and/or in the afternoon. I don't have the opportunity to see my child in the classroom with daily teachers. It's important to see how the child and teacher interact as well as the child's comfort level in the room but you don't get to see that at certain drop off/pickup times."
