"The teachers truly know and love the children in their care. They show a genuine interest in and provide special care for the development of the children in their care. They seem to appreciate the children for who they are and what makes them unique. Our child loves her teachers and going to school at ChildTime. We are so grateful!"

"Overall I am so pleased with my choice for daycare. However, we recently lost an excellent teacher who was exceptional with my child. She was not allowed to develop lesson plans as she wanted, rather she was having to follow a plan designated by the corporation. While I understand this to promote consistency, it is not ideal to me to lump my child and his ability to learn on what every other class should be doing at his age. I would rather trust our director to hire qualified teachers who can make lesson plans that are relevant to my child's needs. If he is advanced, I would rather have a more challenging plan to keep him engaged. On the flip side, if he is not learning as quickly, I do not want to see him rushed and frustrated. The teacher we lost handled my child and his temper so well. This has been the biggest disappointment and source of frustration for me as a parent at the turnover associated with the fact the teachers are not allowed to do their job, but forced to follow a generic plan to provide consistency. Please consider changing the way lesson plans are developed. I feel concepts can be designated, but the way they are taught should be up to the teacher who is familiar with the children."
