"Leadership is continuously changing. Only 2 times in the past 8 years of being there have we had a consistent director that didn’t leave for another position. The teacher who is interim director right now has been the most consistent person the school has had in all our years there. They should be made the real director instead of someone from the outside who will leave again in 4-6 months."

"The staff is great and always pleasant. They are short staffed which is understandable. I wish there was a way to increase salaries. There is so much expectation. They just don’t have time to spend with the kids and teach the younger ones sign language or floor activities."

"The cost of daycare is a massive problem, and it is the single biggest reason my family struggles meeting our financial goals. We chose to have kids 5 years apart for the sole reason that we couldn't possibly afford 2 in daycare at the same time. We utilize it because we have no other option and have to work. Childtime is competitive among other daycare options but that's not a compliment as the general cost of daycare is an anchor around the neck of young families. I have no complaints about the services provided or the staff at our location, and these comments have nothing to do with them we generally like the people who have cared for our kids but if I could find a similar service at a lower cost I'd be gone in a heartbeat. Unfortunately, every daycare service is unaffordable so we're left to choose between bad, awful, and terrible."
