"My experience has been okay. As stated before, I am disappointed with communication from teachers. It is nice to get the daily sheets; however, when your child starts a new center it is nice to hear from the teachers regarding how your child is adjusting in a more direct way. My child still cries everyday at drop off. Teachers have never reached out to discuss or commented on how he is doing. It reminds me that this is a very corporate facility and is missing that mom/pop feel where teachers truly care about your child and their development."
"Teachers have consistently welcomed and loved my kids. I wish they were paid more. I love our staff. We have a summer calendar this is only sometimes followed so that can be hard if we tell our kiddo an activity is happening and then it doesnt. I think the staff should be shown their value and invested in more."
"Overall decent, just a couple of teachers who don’t seem to care about parent’s concerns."
"We have been so pleased with Childtime. The teachers and support staff are kind and welcoming."
"Outside of administration not acknowledging parents when they enter, I’ve had a pretty good experience dealing with the Director and teachers and I believe my child has too."
"We are very happy about everything!"
"The school Director and staff create a safe and loving dynamic that makes this school a good fit for our family."
"Ms. Janet and her team are simply amazing and are great with communication. Would highly recommend to friends and family."
"Let's say if you're looking for a daycare that looks good on the outside, then this is the place. My son attended this daycare since he was seven months old up until he was two and a half. Some teachers would have bad attitudes. They treated "certain" parents with more respect than others. The director had the worst communication problem! My son went on a custody vacation to see his father for the summer.
The entire staff knew about it. Somehow, when my son gets back to Michigan, he is mysteriously unenrolled and has no daycare to come back to. I have been off work for three weeks, scrambling to find childcare for my son because of the lack of communication from the director. No one called me and told me anything about the classrooms filling up. They just left me out to dry in the cold and forced me to take off of work. I received no call and no email to let me know my son lost his spot. I called a week before he returned to ensure his spot and the day he returned. They said they had space. The next thing I knew, they said they didn't, and I should go somewhere else.
This place has failed me! Not to mention, my son had over 20+ incident reports. This place is not worth the high tuition they are charging. Sorry, but this daycare has failed my expectations! I wouldn't recommend this daycare!! "
"Director is excellent. Most of the staff is great!Front desk staff could use training on communication and providing a friendly atmosphere when greeting guests. Not just dry hellos or expressions of being extremely tired and not wanting to be there. Some teachers do a poor job of greeting parents and dealing with young children who May demonstrate some behavioral concerns. Overall, the majority of the staff is welcoming and nice."
"I enjoy the communication between the staff and myself, I just wish they would change my son everyday."
"Pleasant and welcoming!!! My son LOVES his teacher and the director like they are his family. I couldn't imagine a more sweeter bond!"
"Good so far up until this point"
"Everyone is pleasant and friendly, patient and respectful to all of the children!!!"
"The team is warm and welcoming from the moment we walk in. All teachers say hello to my daughter and the energy is positive."
