"I would like an adjustment to the infant two class. I often find my child left in a dirty diaper for 3-4 hours. I am not treated nicely anytime I come into the classroom. Many parents have said just get through infant 2 and everything will be alright. I think someone needs to come in and change that classroom soon or you will continue to loose customers."

"The overall experience with the school has been good. I enjoy the family environment they promote. I very much miss the potlucks the center would have that helped us get to know other parents and socialize with the staff. There were some challenges within the first year, that were worked out together. I would love for the school to do a better job with communicating with parents. There are constant changes in staff and policies i feel the parents should be made aware of that we are not. We generally find out through speaking with other parents or because we notice changes that prompts us to inquire. I would also like to see healthier food options for the children and see pizza only maybe once or twice per month on the menu. I would also like to see a changing area and work space for the teachers that gives them line of sight to the classroom. They have to have their back turned to the other children when at the changing area or the space they use for writing. This takes their attention away from the children and I see them constantly having to look over their shoulder. My overall experience with Ms. Janet and her team has been pleasing."

"Our general experience has been very good overall. We had great experience with Infant 1 and Toddler 1, not so great with Infant 2 but hopefully it's improved. We love all of the learning activities and mini-field trips that are taken each week, love getting pictures and videos, and appreciate all the honesty and feedback from caregivers regarding behavior and how our children are doing. We've noticed a lot of learning and growth with our oldest and attribute a lot of it to daycare and great caregivers. The mixers and parent-child events are wonderful."

Within the last year the school has undergone many changes, including multiple staffing changes, and suffered some great losses. I think that this has somewhat hindered the schools ability to completely and successfully care for my child. It saddens me to leave because I have considered many of the staff like family but I feel it’s what is best for my child."

"Overall I have a positive experience as my daughter does seem to enjoy her time there. Also, I can sense that the teachers enjoy having her which is comforting. I have two issues and to me they are important. My infant daughter rarely gets more than 1.5 hours of sleep due to the bright fluorescent lights and noise levels. She is at an age where she should be getting 2.5-3 hours per her 9 hours there. Secondly my daughter often does not consume enough ounces while she is there because she is too distracted. I feel like there should be enough teacher power to take her away from the distractions and give her a bottle."

Would like more formal communication and feedback from teachers (vs how was my child today they were good). Also good options could be healthier - I realize they meet the minimum standards of the Michelle Obama program but it would be good to strive for less pizza and nuggets given there is a chef on staff."
