"It’s been fine. The people that work there are kind. Our daughter seems to enjoy going. She has picked up some habits that we’d rather she not having (pretending to shoot people with finger guns, talking about death and dying, mentioning that other kinds are bullying her). We’ve opted to provide her with strategies that focus on ways she can assert herself safely and set boundaries, because the behavior management system at Childtime seems a little authoritarian and we take a more child-centered, trauma informed approach. It doesn’t seem too out of the standard compared to our other experiences, but I wish there was more focus on the kind of culture they are fostering at this center."

"Overall it’s not bad but it’s not the best either. I find it uncomfortable to come into the infant room if a child is being fed as caretakers have left babies to cry or stopped feeding them in order to put my child’s stuff together for pickup. I would much rather get my child’s things together myself while the caregiver attends to the crying child. It makes me wonder how often my baby is left to cry or has his feedings interrupted."

"The care and friendliness is exceptional. One major thing I dislike, however, is that there is no option for vacation. All of my past childcare has offered 2-3 weeks of time you did not have to pay for if you did not attend. This is especially inflexible for my 3rd grader who does after care. We should not be require to pay for days or weeks when he does not attend because he does not have school. I completely understand if advance notice is needed so staffing can be planned appropriately."
