"I really love all of the teachers. There is one teacher that makes me worried. Her name is Tori. She seems to have many personal issues that cause her to have no patience with the children. She doesn't seem to enjoy the children very much and gets too angry at some of the difficult children. She is unable to take responsibility for her mistakes. It seems she makes children and co workers uncomfortable."

"I love the teachers. They are friendly, warm, and I can tell they care about my child. Kim, the director, does not. She is cold and standoffish. She acknowledges some parents but not others. Kim has the tendency to “talk down” to people she doesn’t like. I have also witnessed her gossiping about other workers/parents in hushed tones. This is unprofessional and unbecoming. Kim is not the entire reason we are looking at other daycares, but it is a factor given the high costs."
