"We really like the staffs there prior to COVID. They were professional and attentive and they care about the children. They were presentable (no long nails and no strong perfume). Now, the quality care and attentiveness is not there. And the price increased to over $500 per week. We are willing to pay the price if it was for a quality professional care. But this is far from quality. There is a lack of engagement. We love the primary teacher, but if they go on vacation or is out, my kiddo will be miserable (just like the past week when his teacher was out) and the room become a mess. This is hard to watch to see this center going down."

"General experience was great when Stefanie was the director, went downhill significantly after she left, and then Bethanie has absolutely revived the school and turned it all around right when we were considering leaving and right at the start of the pandemic. She is an absolute superstar and I feel like she really cares about my children and the quality of the product. Communication by staff (i.e. daily updates) has dropped off significantly as my child has aged up rooms, which is understandable to a degree. There has been an effort to start including a end-of-week wrapup on everything they worked on in preschool which is great and I hope it keeps up."

"We definitely love this place. Management and teachers are very warm and welcoming. We are so thankful to teachers for working with our not so usual diapers and making sure our son gets non-dairy non-meat meals without a single miss. They make sure kids follow discipline which makes parents life so easy on weekends. They also make sure to raise concerns as and when necessary and help parents/kids cope up with change. They are very quick in responding on messaging app and multiple updates in a day make sure you don't miss you child that much "
"I do want to clarify that we did have a conference this winter after asking repeatedly but one was never offered initially. We loved this place initially and when Stefanie left everything was fine but it seems that could only self-propel for so long. Its a bummer how the place feels now. Parents frustrated, teachers run ragged, and kids confused. Please someone step in and help- its a great location with great teachers (those who are still left!) "
"Staff is nice, but inconsistency is alarming and creates unnecessary stress on the children. Many quality staff have recently left creating concern for parents. There seems to be no sense of urgency in addressing the staff volatility. Relationship with director is not as close which reduces comfort."

"I have an older child that used to go here so have been going here for 6+ years and on my third director. I feel things went downhill when this newest director came and tons of long term staff left. Previously people would say hello when you walked in, the director would take time to have a conversation with you often, telling you something your child did that day or whatever. For the longest time the new director didn’t even say hello. I would think taking over a school you should make a point to engage with the parents and try to get to know them. Seems like things may be starting to get better but just very disappointing. My child seems to be learning and progressing and seems happy there so I haven’t pulled her out but have considered it."
"My kids love their teachers and friends. Inconsistency in teachers is frustrating and turnover worrisome. Things I note as problems, but my kids are very happy! They come home with new knowledge and great friendships!"

"My kids first daycare was Childtime and never had issues. Then we noticed the Director not answer our requests for Summer Camp enrollment or needing a Schools out day. We started to feel that our kids were not welcomed back and we never received any issues our kids could have caused. We think the teachers have been great."
"Experience in the beginning wasnt great. Our first day of dropping her off. Noone there was able to attend to us or greet us. We had no password or code to enter the facility. Director doesnt arrive til 8am or 9am. Which the teacher who was there at opening told us. Our daughter didnt have her own place on the board or cubby for her clothes til about 2 months in. Date night seemed liked a really good idea until we found out it wasnt really the date night we were thinking . You have to pay for it its extra and you have to be at the daycare. We thought your able to drop the baby off and be finally free to go see a movie or dinner with your significant other. Wasnt a fun idea to to be at the daycare for datenight. Other daycares have quiet time or turn the lights off with some noise. This place doesnt so my baby has a really hard time sleeping in bright lighting and mixed in with the older kids."
