"I was very nervous about enrolling my first child into a day care program. When I toured at Childtime, I felt very comfortable enrolling him there. I believe it will be a great experience for him and for us. I love that the teachers provide real time updates online so that I can feel involved in my son's care. Thank you!"
"We loved most of it. Most teachers are really great with the kids. The curriculum is strong, but I’m worried ChildTime is becoming too academic. I want my kids to get excited about learning and to learn how to be good people. They don’t need technology but they do need hugs."
"Overall very good. Was not impressed with Mr. Jacob. Not sure if its just because he was so quiet. We really wished we had Lindsey Olsen the entire time. She is by far one of your best teachers. Please pass that on to management and staff."
"The first few years were great. We have not been impressed with pre-K this year. There has been less communication and caring from the teacher. The school needs an updated look, paint, and flooring... maybe a remodel. It appears unclean because of wear and tear. Cleanliness has improved some in recent months but bathrooms are often gross and have clutter. I definitely no longer feel like I’m getting what I pay for."
"Ms. Kathy has been a consistent teacher. She truly cares for the kids."
"Initially this location was on the top 3 places we considered. I don't have a lot of negative things to say but I can't say that I've been blown away by my experience here. I know the staff have been friendly and I could only imagine what they have to deal with in regards to many parents and their demands but some of my concerns have been my child (infant) sometimes being combined with toddlers, not recognizing some of the staff that care for our child, not enough time designated for them to nap."
“Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We’ll work to make sure that this doesn’t happen again.”
"We LOVE Childtime!! My two daughters (11 months and almost 2 years) have been there since they were 4 and 5 months old. Our youngest daughter recently got into Navy daycare, which is a cost savings of over $1,000 a month so we are trying it out and it's fine but doesn't have that home and nurturing feeling that Childtime has. I could see such a bond she developed with all her teachers at Childtime and I could tell they really loved and care for her with all their interactions. Her teachers were SO incredibly sweet during her last week and made picture collages for her and wrote her letters. All the teachers here even in my older daughters class are so friendly and really take time to talk to me about how they are developing. I absolutely love the smaller size of the facility because I feel like all the teachers get to know all the kids and they don't just feel like a number."
"Overall fantastic. Sorry that director recently moved to another school. Stefanie at Childtime on Montgomery Road was awesome and her new school is lucky to have her."
"Ok. Good when my children were younger, great when they were babies. My kids have liked all their teachers at Childtime."
"Done staff are more interactive than others. They all should be encouraged to interact beyond the obligatory “have a good day”."
"We have had a wonderful experience here for both our kids!"
"Love the director and most staff! Love most of the curriculum. Please spend your money on physical activities and foreign language, not tablets."
"I appreciate the recent upgrades to furniture, toys, and technology in the classrooms. The overall majority of the staff is warm, welcoming, and seem to enjoy their job and care about the kids. My kids seem to enjoy going most days and my oldest usually talks excitedly about his day. The building is in need of some repairs. The bathroom is often out of order and there has been several leaks in at least one of the rooms- these are handled quickly, but it seems to happen often. It looks like they are moving towards repairs and upgrades."
"Overall, it is great, but the tuition is quite expensive in comparison to other schools with similar structures and curriculum"
"Childtime is a great place for kids. They learn and have fun and the teachers know and care about each child, as does the director. A lot of kids continue attending Childtime for years, so their friends there become almost like siblings. It's a good environment."
"Great overall, one opportunity for improvement is consistent and timely communications. Monthly calendars and newsletters should be sent a week or two in advance. Events should be explained in more details, and with more than a day or two notice."
