"The school is old and needs updating - you can tell tell the walls need a fresh coat of paint and the overall design was flawed. The decor is old and dingy and you can tell the staff is stretched thin. When I first enrolled my daughter the head office manager was constantly being asked questions by the staff and I was on a tour. You'd think the staff would know better to give space; but it seems like the staff was not trained or aware of how to complete things on their own."

"Director- amazing!2s room teachers last year (Neena, Kaitlyn, Brittany, Ashlyn, Mia, Amanda)- phenomenal!3s room teachers this year (Jaimy and Desane)- we like Jaimy but Desane is often screaming commands at the children. We hear it at drop off, pick up and on videos from SproutAbout. In general- we are really happy here!!! Thanks to all for awesome care!"

The teachers are great, miss Nina, Miss Katelin, Miss Raja and previously Miss Jaimy (she is now in preschool) always put a good effort into keeping the children learning and developing different skills while providing tender care. I can see this through the video streaming which give me a peace of mind knowing my child is in good caring hands. So Live video and concern response have been the key for us to keep my child here."

"We have had our child enrolled at this school since he was 13 weeks old. We have had a very positive experience throughout our nearly 4 years here. The COVID-19 pandemic was a major hurdle but I felt that the school was responsive, communicated well throughout the period of shutdown and enacted good health and safety measures when students returned. We have also undergone 3 changes in director throughout our time here. These have also brought about large shifts in staff. However, it has always been apparent that the children's wellbeing was first and foremost and our child has continued to enjoy his time with his teachers and friends and has never felt unsettled and has continued to learn and grow."

"The center director is very engaging and kind. All the staff is accesible and energetic at drop off and pick up times. We liked the special person snack event and hope to have more events like that in the future.Things we would like to see improving are:- More art and culture activities for toddlers.- More engaging teachers - Adjust quantity of food depending on the child, our child eats more than the average and we have had to give her breakfast before dropping her because we see she asks for more food and sometimes she doesn't gets more, also sometimes they get their meals later than the supposed schedule"

"After having spent 4 years in this school, our level of satisfaction which started very high decreased to a low level. The staffing challenges are being felt, rooms don’t have a clear lead-teacher anymore, classes are packed, teachers turnover is very high. The director has to act as a teacher often. There is a lack of transparency in the tuition rates and a lack of communication overall. It feels like there is a lack of means to empower the hard working employees to do a good job."
