"Great atmosphere, I felt very welcomed. My sons seemed to be at ease as well."
"Overall, as a first time parent enrolling my son into daycare was hard. The first month was hard because he kept getting sick, when I know that it was bound to happen. Miss Mylah Lucas was the only teacher that went out of her way to welcome my son into her classroom before he was transferred out when he turned two years old. She took the time to get to know my son and asess his needs and communicated with me of his strength and weaknesses after his first week. My son had developed a close bond with her and trust her. Other teachers did not engage with him, or invite him to activities to play with other children. I was disappointed with the assistant director on one occasion. My son was running a fever and I had called the school concerned and needed to know whether or not to take my son to urgent care. She said she couldn't do anything because she was out with the other children that were having outside time. I ended up driving there to grab my son and take him to urgent care, he had a temp of 101."
"It has been great and we are sad to be leaving but we are moving to a new city."
"We love this daycare! Ms Alma and Darlene and all the staff are so caring and loving with the kids. They have worked with us through challenges with our daughter, and done very well in easing her transition when she had to move up a classroom. I love the camera streaming and the constant updates they send, and they are quick to respond to any messages in the app. I also personally like the layout of the building and the natural light. We toured several other daycares but at this point we cannot imagine ever changing."
"Everything has been amazing so far, ny son has learned numerous skills."
"I am very happy that our granddaughter is very happy in Preschool with Childtime. This is like Joyce's second home. I Appreciate all teachers and Directors. A Great School.Thank you"
"We really like this school. My only comments is I wish the live streaming worked better. Also if we could get more information about his day. Most we oy geteals and nap alerts. I would like to know more about what he is doing in class and what he is learning. This way we could continue the learning at home."
"When my daughter first started going to ChildTime when she was about 1.5 yrs old in the toddlers group. It was really her first experience being around other children her age so it took some time for her to get used to. All of the teachers and staff were super sweet and very patient with her and took the time to give her little extra attention and reassurance that she was safe. Now, she’s almost 3, in the EPS group, and every day she wakes up excited and ready to go see her teachers and her friends!"
"Gear experience so glad my child is getting there"
"My son has several allergies and Alma, his teach and the staff are very thoughtful and considerate about his needs. I was giving daily updates. Special thanks to Alma and his teacher( I apologize for not remembering your name but your are awesome)"
"I loved CHILDTIME from the 1st time my husband & I did a tour of the program. We knew it was for our Joyce."
"My child’s teacher is very caring and engaging. Because my child has been going there for about 5 years now, my child is very comfortable there and I know the staff well. They take good care of her."
"Since my child entered the Preschool class there has consistently been a lack of communication. There have been many occasions where I have picked my child up with bumps, scratches, busted lips with no incident reports. When asked what happened staff either did not know or provided inaccurate information on the incident form. One incident report I received when stated my child tripped over their shoestrings, however, thr shoes did not have strings. I brought this to the attention of the director and nothing was done. Also the daycare never communicated with me about how my child's day was until my child did something that was considered "unsafe" I would not get an update on Brightwheel and could not address the behavior due to the lack of communication from the teacher There have also been several occasions where all the kids were in the Toddler 1 classroom with one teacher and no other teachers in the building, which was typically in the morning. Due to the lack of communication from the teacher. The daycare lacks communication, supervision and highly trained staff. The teacher in the preschool internalized the behaviors of the children and often expressed difficulty with working with my child as well as compared my child to other children in the classroom. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone.

"Great, recently there have been changes at home and that has seemed to create a problem over all in life."
"I’m happy with the care provided here and over time staff they’ve hired seem to be more caring and professional than other staff who used to be there. However some of the younger staff could improve their professional ims. They don’t always engage or greet parents or don’t seem to notice that the child was picked up or dropped off. I get the impression they’re either not happy there or don’t take their job seriously. Maybe they don’t realize they have an important role."
"Positive, my child is happy and I feel well cared for"
