"Generally good. Other than the teacher inconsistency, my only complaint is the snacks. She had never eaten so much sugar before going to the school. Would it be possible to have snacks that aren't sugar and processed wheat? I realize this is hard, but I'd be happy to pay more for snacks like banana, bread with hummus, anything that's not sugar."

There is more proactive communication related to safety concerns and changes in protocols throughout Covid. Also more consistent and frequent communication which is great appreciated! Also appreciate the level of engagement from the director and the stage since she in onboarded! Seems more like a family again!"

I have lots of communication with them though out the day. I think the carpets need to be cleaned more frequently though. And the price for 2 kids should be looked at. 600$ a week for 2 kids is really high"

"It has been a great first experience! Due to the pandemic there were many concerns we had sending our daughter for the first time. The teachers are so great, and the girls who greet us in the morning are so pleasant! They all are helping my daughter to get adjusted and communicate with me frequently. The initial enrollment process was a little confusing. The family handbook explained things we would need to provide such as sheets, diapers etc., when really those things are provided (which is very helpful and appreciated). And left out some things that were suggested to bring such as snacks, water cups etc. The instruction could have been a little clearer"

"Even though the classroom staff has changed around a lot I can tell my son has really enjoyed going there. He was out for awhile but the teachers and director did a lot of work to help him be happy and readjust and we went from crying and not wanting to go in to walking in without saying goodbye to us. I'm sure that has a lot to do with the environment and the work of everyone at the school. Plus the teachers and director and other staff are really approachable. It just seems more comfortable and less stuck up than most of the schools that we went to look at, and there's no reason to change as long as my son is happy!"
