"Most teachers are great at providing updates through brightwheel on my child’s activities during the day, however some provide little information"

"Staff is caring and tries their best but they are understaffed so level of care goes down to no fault of the teachers. Turnover of teachers is an issue. Either not paid enough or not treated well. Teacher to kid ratio is too high leaving teachers stressed and unable to fulfill the needs of each child individually. Director is great and she tries her best under given circumstances. This place includes cameras, food and diapers so the price is fantastic. They just need to work on the staffing to provide the care we so desperately need for our children while at work."

"We love Childtime. I just wish the price was a little bit better. It is only dropping 40$ from Mobile Infants to 2's and I was disappointed. I thought it would be down a little more since the student to teacher ratio goes up. Also, I think the floors need to be cleaned better. Instead of having carpets in the great room, I think it should be some kind of tile or laminate flooring so that its a lot easier to clean and maintain. The rug always looks dark and dirty."
