We've had many teachers we've liked, here are some recent ones that have interacted very positively w/ my children: Ms. Jessica, Ms. Yaudith, Ms. Singh, Ms. Perside. Please take care of the teachers to reduce turn over; they work hard and deserve to be compensated well!"

"I think the school does a great job of hiring nurturing and warm teachers. I couldn't ask for more in that regard. One thing I would like is slightly improved food nutritionally, for example an option for child to have oatmeal every day etc. Also I think the facilities are well cared for but they are older. Overall those are minor things, my daughter loves the school and I trust the teachers which is what I care most about."

"We have been at Childtime for over 7 years as our older child also attended and both of our children were enrolled from the time they were in the infant room to pre-k. Over the last couple of years the staff turnover has become unusually excessive. It is rare that our child has had the same teacher for more than a couple of months at a time. Additionally there have been numerous changes in leadership in both the director and assistant director since the former director who was excellent was promoted to a higher position in the company. It has been disappointing to watch these changes occur and ultimately not in the best interest of the children and families. There has been a dramatic change in the culture since we started at this facility in 2009. We have loved the school. It has always been a warm, nurturing, calm and structured environment and the convenience of hours and days that they are open can't be beat for working parents. It would really benefit the center to have some more consistent and effective leadership out back in place and hopefully in time the staff turnover will improve."

"school definitely seems focused on making money, staff doesn't seem happy, director doesn't seem to have a lot of autonomy and has to go to boss to get approval to make billing changes, director also needs to better manage tasks and improve communication to parents, the quality of education and programming seems good, but school is way to expensive considering the quality of the facilities"

"We are generally pleased with the care and education our child receives at Childtime. A recent concern that I have not yet had a chance to share is about shared toys in the classroom. In an environment where children share germs in addition the toys, why would Childtime ever consider having harmonicas in the classroom? They can only be used by putting your mouth on them. On several occasions I have seen them on the floor in the classroom at the end of the day. I understand that kids put things in their mouths and germs are bound to spread, but why encourage the sharing of germs with something that is intended to be used with the mouth?"
