"Our experience has been great at Childtime because of Ms. Anner,Ms. Dana, Ms. Felicia,and Ms. Chelsea before she left. They truly care about the kids and their development. However Brandy has been less than a favorable director. Many times the conflicts that occur between the staff that ultimately effect our kids steams from her not listening to the staff. She is not there in mornings to discuss issues and in the evening she can be hard to find at times. There have been several parents including us that have had to speak to Brandy in very serious manner because things have happened that ultimately are her fault. A parent specifically asked for their child to not be with a teacher because they were getting hurt with them and she put them back under thier care. That resulted in multiple injuries to the child including as severe as a possible concussion. She is not effective,efficient, or a good leader by any standard of daycare leadership. She should be replaced immediately."
