"I have 2 amazing children this center has completely traumatized and refuses to make right upon .my children were sexually violated by staff member tyler mickles. My youngest son is traumatized of room 1 and states tyler takes inappropriate pictures. I reported them to ocfs , cps , 2 hot lines , and so far all I'm told is that case on tyler is closed. My children were not given fair evulation. The women they met with didn't even tell them her name. I want right for my children . They deserved a safe school more then you know. It's not fair this center does this to children over and over and it never stops. So many violations on the ocfs website. Center is not safe. Building has no communication. Sheila will yell at you in front of your children for money. Building is small no gym hardly any outside time they advertise summer camp do not waste your money this center coes 0 feild trips but charges the extra rate daily this center makes 30k a week!!!!!! It's pathetic it can't be better for what it makes. Never enough staff. Building constantly smells bad they are so short staff they may call out on you several times. They claim it's normal and still charge you for the day. It's the biggest scam ever. Kids learn nothing there is no one on one time with staff. Kids fight because they need structure this building is to small for the amount of kids. Look for better options don't wait and end up until your kids are traumatized and abused or even worse intimatadated or sexually abused. It's so bad. They will never apologize. Instead of ever trying to make things better sheila is to busy trying to send more kids up. Sheila and tyler are awful staff. The rest were great. "

"Sheila, the director of this location was in the room the first of several times my daughter was assaulted by a much bigger child and she just shrugged her shoulders and walked out. She never removed the child, who wrapped his hands around her throat and shook her, from the classroom and did not even notify me or the other child’s parents. I found out that my daughter had been choked 4 hours after it had happened when I came to pick my daughters up and their normal pickup time. I never got any acknowledgment or apology from the director. The next week the same child, again unprovoked, ripped a chunk of my daughter’s hair out to the point where she had a bald spot. Again I was not notified and this child was was not removed from the room or sent home, this is the first time I called ocfs and cps, the March 29 violations on ocfs’ website are from this call. I immediately put my girls on a waitlist for another center but unfortunately I could not pull them without losing my job. The next week the same child walked up to my daughter, again unprovoked, and split her lip with a wooden block. I was notified of this via message by the teacher in the room, not any part of management. I then checked the cameras and say the teacher holding and consoling my daughter while she cried with an ice pack to her lip while also trying to push away the child who hit her in the face because the director refused to remove him from the room and he was still trying to harass my daughter, I called cps again. The next week both of my daughters were in the classroom together dancing to music when the same child walked up to my youngest daughter, completely unprovoked and put two hands around her neck, this time he was finally sent home but the director refused to kick him out of the center even after he choked my daughter twice. She told me that if he choked her again she would give him a 1 day suspension. Sheila does not care about any of the kids in that center, all she cares about is tuition and enrollment."

"The teachers are great. The facilities are not. Please buy new educational toys to promote social and motor skills. Increase the frequency of cleaning, the infant rooms definitely needs deep cleaning."

"I am not happy with the new leadership of the school. The issue with the doors and cleanliness of facility have really gone down hill in the last 2 years."

"We've had our children enrolled here for over 7 years and while it has always been too expensive, everything has gone down hill in the last couple years and made it even more difficult to deal with the price. There is constant turnover with the teachers and no communication from school leadership about teachers leaving or what the plan is for their replacements. No curriculum or routine is being done with our child, we notice a huge difference from when our older child was here. The facilities are in continuing disrepair. Broken doors, non function outdoor lights, dirty floors in common areas, garbage in the parking lot. Prices continue to rise and no decreases are given when moving up rooms. We are forced to pay additional mandatory summer camp fees, then none of the activities are actually provided for the children."

"I have been very pleased with our experience with the school. The lead teachers are caring, communicative and engaged. Most of the assistant teachers are the same."

"I've had several issues with this school. It is close to my home so I would ideally love to stick with them. However sadly I am currently looking for another program. This is the only program I have ever been enrolled in that staff sits in the hallway and announces that you owe payment and then says in front of your child that payment has to be received or child can not come back . This issue can be done over a message. I find it unprofessional to announce the payment issue in the hallway. I have been in 3 other centers. None of them did this. I was even allowed to pay a week late without be spoken to in the hallway espically in front of my child. My child doesn't need to concern about my bills or hear that she can't attend tomorrow unless bill is paid.. please fix this system. Why can't she message people that owe money why is this being announced at pick up in the hallway ?!"

"Many times when I come to pick up my child I can over hear and see teachers discipline or scolding the children in very mean tones and voices . As a parent I would be highly upset to know my child was being treated that way. If my child was unable to speak or the center didn’t provide live cameras I would be very in easy"

"We truly have some of the best teachers - you can tell they love the kids and want them to succeed. It's going to be a sad day when my oldest ages out of the program as she has made her closest friendships here!"

"Generally speaking, we are happy with this school. However, as a parent who frequently watches the live feed, I have noticed on more than one occasion older children hurting the younger children which worries me about my child’s safety due to the long response time by the teachers. I have also witnessed teachers being rough with the children."

"This place clearly has terrible management. There are alot of better options around that are far more worth the money they charge. You can tell the staff cares about the kids but unfortunately they're not treated right by management, the high turn over of staff proves it. Management is a joke here and they definitely DO NOT know what they are doing. Support locally owned over this corporate non sense."
