"Concerning finding out from one of the staff me members that the heat was not working. No one had mentioned it to me. Said it was below 60 degrees at one point. I also wasn’t told the day payments were due so I have been assessed late fees. Also navigating the payment system to set up auto pay has been a little bit difficult but figured it out. An orientation as a new parent would’ve been nice and helpful. There is different staff members I always see without knowing who all the players are and how much they interact with my daughter. For example I didn’t know all kids are in one room until 9am. My daughter is still having a hard time adjusting as she is new to day care"
