"I absolutely LOVE the teachers and director of Childtime in Midlothian (Alverser). They are so nurturing to my infant and truly feel like family. She's gaining so many skills while being in the infant classroom - from play time to learning English and Spanish. She's even learning sign language, thanks to the amazing teachers that she has. Early morning drop-offs are easy and comforting thanks to Ms. Yolanda and afternoon pick-ups are so fun with Ms. Elizabeth and Ms. Kim. I look forward to the pictures and updates posted throughout the day in the app and it makes me feel like I'm able to be a part of my little girl's day even though I'm at work. 5 stars for this daycare - I am so thankful we found them."

"Every classroom and every teacher my daughter has had has been so loving and warm. I feel like she has learned so much and is ahead for her age generally, because of them. I am updated as to the lesson plan daily and get to see the hands on activites they do via pictures on the app. She loves going to school and we are close with everyone who works there. "My general experience for the past 6 months has been unsatisfactory. Prior to those six months, my issues were minimal and did not cause a concern. However, my child likes going there because he has been attending this facility since he was 1.5 years old. He has friends there and he is familiar with the facility. However, as a parent, I have concerns and I see things that need drastic improvements. The best teachers at the facility are Ms. Kim and Ms. Lety. They are very professional. They effectively communicate with parents and they genuinely care about the children at the facility. Other teachers, are on the opposite end of the spectrum. In fact, I was told by Angela Poli, District Manager, that the teachers there don't know how to communicate with parents. The parents intimidate them. As a teacher, this is unacceptable. Needless to say, the facility is filthy unless the staff is aware that upper management will be visiting. You call always tell when a visit is happening because of the cleanliness. Some of the staff there are only there for a paycheck and it shows in their work. Although my child will not be attending there after June 2018, I still have concerns for the children that will remain there. Immediate changes need to be made there."

"In general my experience with Childtime has been good. Childtime flourishes in the infant and 1-2 age ranges because they are very nurturing. My experience with the 3-5 ages isn't as flourishing based on the hygiene issues I've experienced. During the potty training stages, my concerns were addressed but they happened too often. Those teachers are no longer with ChildTimeime but I am still dealing with recent hygiene issues in the bathroom. But Ms Leigh has continued to be concerned and stay on top of any issue that I bring to her attention. She is very good with all of the children and my daughter has a great relationship with her. Honestly had it not been for Ms. Leigh's due diligence with staying on top of my concerns and addressing her staff appropriately, I am sure I would have left ChildTime when I enrolled my daughter in MinnieLand."

"There are a lot of infants in the infant room. Although, it seems to be under control it brings pause when thinking about how all of these children can receive individualized care with the number of children in the room. My child loves his teachers and the director seems very loving as well but I am also hoping for more rewarding curriculum even for the infants."

"At our location I have seen a lot of teacher turnover. GREAT, caring teachers leave and are replaced with younger/less mature teachers that I don't feel are there for the kids, just a job. Overall, no issues but there is something going on that should be addressed with the turnover rate and the 'good' ones leaving. See some favoritism and most days very obvious in teacher to child."

Putting our infant daughter into daycare was one of the hardest things we've ever done, and Miss Leigh, Mr. Stephen, Miss Shahida and Miss Yolanda have made it their mission to love and care for our little one -- we are secure in the knowledge that she is safe, well, and thoroughly loved.
