"As we were leaving a parent parked right in front of the entrance making it difficult to get out of the parking lot. I feel that should be a no parking zone if it is not already."

"My overall general experience has been good. My son loves it there as he has developed many great friendships and he loves the educational material. However, the cleanliness of the facility has always been an issue. Also, the appearance of staff. I would also question the quality of staff working there."

"The director is professional, loving, and compassionate and those characteristics are embodied by all of the staff. The prices are way too high. The communication regarding illness outbreaks is poor to none. Not all children develop at the same rate or with the same techniques, and I would like a little bit stronger preparation of public education."

"We love this location. Everyone is s involved in our granddaughters development. They always make time to talk to you. Everyone teacher or aide she comes into contact with knows who she is, not just her name but her habits, likes and dislikes."

"The director is phenomenal. She truly cares about the students at the center, and goes above and beyond to make sure they feel comfortable. I truly cannot compliment her highly enough, and she was the reason that I chose this school. She inspires confidance that the children at Child time are happy and well treated. Fantastic!!"

"When I originally came to Childtime my daughter was a little over 1 year old and we just relocated to VA from Philadelphia. I loved the very warm and nurturing feeling Childtime provided. My level of satisfaction didn't begin to change until my child began to develop. Once she was potty trained I began having issues with her coming home with feces in her underwear as a result of no one wiping her properly. On one occasion I was advised that the teacher was trying to give her some independence. At that time my child was 2 and I can understand giving some level of independence but at 2 you would still need to check behind a child to ensure proper wiping. This issue occurred for over a year even with he change in teachers. I expressed this to the Director very p***ionately and my concerns were attended to and it would stop for a short time but then it would occur again. I am happy to say that it hasn't happened within the last 4-5 months now that my child is 3 going on 4. I also am concerned that the curriculum being used is not preparing my child for kindergarten. I am a parent that does a lot of learning activities at home and expect schools to pick up where I drop off. My child's cl*** does a lot of learning and development cl***es that requires the use of objects but I am not seeing any updates that show the development of writing/tracing which is needed at this point. I would recommend Childtime to those that have babies because I can see the level of care that goes into the babies but once the children start to advance, I don't believe Childtime is measuring up based on the other childcare websites I have visited regarding curriculum as well as awareness."
