"We love it and he loves coming to school"
"My general experience has been the love and concern my granddaughter teacher shows the children in her classroom, when I drop my granddaughter off I know she's in good hands, I particularly love the fact that you have your own code to get in the building and you sign your child in on the keypad, anyone looking for someone to treat your child or children like you would, look no further because these ladies are the best you'll ever find."
"My son had an incident where another child hit him in the head with a chair. The director took action immediately. I wasn’t 100% happy with the end result but it hasn’t been any issues since. We love this school and are happy to be apart of it"
"Although there seems to be high turn over, all staff have been extremely friendly and you can tell that both Ms. Sam and Ms. Kelli care. Our daughter loves going every day and we are so happy to have found Childtime."
"I’ve had a pretty good experience with this school!"
"I love how much this school has worked with my family. This is an amazing program and I intend on keeping him there!"
"We have loved Child Time in Monroe. The teachers in the infant room truly care about our son. Our son gets so much attention from them both developmentally and physically. They talk to him, play with him, and cuddle him. The teachers stick to his feeding schedule and send so many pictures throughout the day. The director is a hands-on go-getter. She is a great leader who jumps in to help in the classrooms or serve breakfast - whatever is needed. We are so comfortable bringing our child here and know that he is being very well cared for in a safe and clean environment."
"I had 4 children enrolled at child time. I showed up to the 1st classroom to drop off my 21 month old. I didn't get a good morning I got a NO,NO, NO WE ARE NOT TAKING THEM. IF THEY AREN'T IN OUR SYSTEM WE WILL NOT TAKE THEM. I laughed and said...okay... She was assistant director or the one down from the assistant director. Cicly. So unprofessional and rude. She has a mental issue along with anger issues and I would never feel comfortable leaving my children with this daycare ever again. The amount of unprofessionals here is astounding. I understand good help is hard to find especially amid COVID but a parent should not have to worry who is watching their kids and why this person is so angry at 830 in the morning. My 4 kids went to childtime before this new management for 3 years before and never ever had any issues and I felt good about who was caring for my child while I worked. This childtime in Monroe Ohio has gone severely down hill. The Google rating for this daycare has went down!"
"The experience with this school has been disheartening at best, the teachers are not equipped with the right skills or training to be capable enough to work with children, the staff and directors simply blame the teachers not being specialized or qualified to work with children which is a hard concept to grasp even the nature of the job. The director and staff were unwilling and money hungry. During the pandemic they shut down for weeks at a time because no clear procedures were put into place, my child was sick two times because other children were allowed to be there to expose them. The school shut down several times and without warning, they send your kid home two hours into caring for them because they simply don’t care enough to try to work with your child, when you walk in the teachers are sitting at the table and talking to each other while the kids are running all around them, there is clearly severe lack of structure and qualified individuals who know what they are doing and actually teaching the children something other then reinforcing bad behavior in school that is learned in school and my child is bringing things back and they just blame the child or lack of enough teachers to watch all the kids. When you watch the cameras children are being left alone to themselves for long periods of times away from other children because teachers simply don’t want to deal with it or don’t know how it’s very hard to say at this point because they only excuse the management here gives us that it’s not their intention which doesn’t really do much for my child. I would highly recommend for any parent who loves and cares about their child, their well-being, expectations for a facility that you pay so much money for weekly to care for your kid simply fails. I hope the owner takes a deep look in this place and your google reviews I wish I reviewed this place more before I put my child here. I guess with all the teachers that left because of poor leadership is big cause. Commitments are not followed through, lesson plans are few and far in between and people don’t want to work and unfortunately anyone who send their kid here will see a decline in them. I hope they can get the support and training they need so no other parents have to experience the same thing we did. Best wishes. "
"The general experience with this school has been poor. The lack of communication from the director and office staff is beyond frustrating. This school is money hungry and will take every dollar from you at every chance they get, and raise the cost without telling you, multiple times per year."
"Went to this center for years. After losing two directors in a short period, a new director was put in place who is just horrible! Teacher turnover became so high in a month period my children did not have any idea who was in the building. Due to Covid parents were not able to meet any of the new staff and lesson plans and learning were no longer happening. I pulled my children and so thankful I did as I’ve heard it is becoming even worse. "
"Turnover is not good. Reflects on leadership. Never had turnover likeThis in the years we have been here"
"We love it at the school, but are sad our director is leaving. She and the teachers work long hours and we are fearful of their burnout and leaving."
"I love that most of the teachers are very warm and friendly. They engage well with my child."
"The teachers sincerely care not only about our child but also our family. When faced with a few small challenges since we have been enrolled, the teachers and directors responded appropriately and made changes that they / we thought would help our child. Our child feels safe staying in the classroom and has learned so much. The teachers have given ME ideas for games and activities we can do at home."
