"Overall the staff seems to care for my child and I believe they do a good job at encouraging my child’s growth and development in every way. However, any issues my child has at school are typically linked back to my child’s home life and never something that may be caused by an issue at the daycare which is frustrating and offensive at times. It seems as if I’m not being listened to when there is an issue and I tend to feel as if the staff thinks I am being ignorant to my child’s needs and they “know better”."

Classrooms should smell like they've been disinfected overnight, but they don't. I will say my kids definitely enjoy their time at school, but I need to see more upkeep with student cleanliness."

The Brightwheel app is great for teachers to communicate with parents, but some teachers don’t use it."

"Overall, I have been satisfied with our experience at Childtime. I feel comfortable that the staff (not just my child's teachers) know my daughter and truly care about her. No place is perfect but anytime we have raised an issue, it was responded to promptly and I feel the staff expresses a genuine concern and interest that they've addressed the situation to our satisfaction."
