"Overall I couldn't be happier with having my child in this center. They are always actively engaged in a learning or physical activity and the food program is second to none. Every day I look to see what they had for lunch and wish I could come in to eat some! Love the social interaction and learning opportunities my child is given on an hourly basis. "As I said before the teaching staff has really been lovely. My children have been coming here for five years and they have loved almost every teacher they have been with. My older child has moved on to grade school and we (as well as several other families we know) have made the decision to transition our younger child to a different school due to repeated closures from “staffing shortages” and a general lack of communication from the director. The director is a very nice woman but she is not a good administrator. She keeps odd hours and is very hard to get ahold of when there is a billing error, which is often. We have now moved on to a seemingly more reliable school which also happens to be cheaper."

"Overall we have had a great experience. At times it can feel a little disorganized because our child will come home in a jacket that is an extra even though they were sent in wearing one or they use an extra cot sheet even though we have provided one. It also took us over a month to have a bin set up for their belongings. Despite those few small things we are very happy"

"As a new mother, I have had so many issues with finding a caregiver for my son. He was colicky and also had a milk protein allergy which affected his behavior etc. I can now speak w/ teachers constantly, and also see my child whenever I want which is the best feeling in the world!"

"There are great people working at this location, however they are short staffed and when someone calls off it is a domino effect for everyone to stay in ratio even though it means inconsistencies for kids. Staff seems tired and frustrated. It drives away good people who can work elsewhere for more money."

"The teachers and staff are wonderful but seem to be overwhelmed due to staffing shortages. Also the cost makes it extremely difficult for us because everyone thinks my kids should be going more often than twice a week but we simply cannot afford it."

"Too many issues with the camera system and being able to view it from my phone. Also I’m a couple of the rooms the lighting and camera placement is poor you can’t see anything. I pay more to send her to this daycare because there is a camera system but what’s the point if it doesn’t work half the time? I might as well send her somewhere else and save money."
