"Overall, it’s been great. Our son loves it. He’s learning a lot, making new friends, and is always happy when we pick him up and says nothing but good things. We were previously at another daycare and left due to various reasons and are glad we did because we’re way happier at childtime. My only criticism is sometimes I feel out of the loop on what activities are going on and when. Not everything is in brightwheel and I’m not sure if I’m missing other activities. Also, most of my messages in brightwheel go unanswered and I usually have to follow up. Last, the landscaping outside is pretty rough looking."

"Mrs. Lauren and all of the staff care about the well being of the children. All needs are met between parental needs and guidance and the children's individual needs. Returned after years and all the staff remembered both my name and my children's names. Graduation was beautiful."

"They’re all great, I don’t love the huge turn over that has happened within the last year. It makes me wonder why people who have been there for years and years aren’t there any longer. I don’t feel like I really know anyone anymore minus a very few people which isn’t the best feeling. The payments recently have also been incredibly annoying. I get notifications saying my payment didn’t go through when I have the money in our account. I call corporate they give me a number to another business who takes the money from our account. Which is a dead end because I don’t have a decline #. Just this week it says I haven’t paid yet the money came out of my account."

"6-9 months ago we would have recommended this school to anyone, and often credit the school for assisting in helping our child meet and exceed milestones. However recently there has been rapid staffing turnover which is a caused the consistency in classrooms to deteriorate which has led us to begin searching for new daycare facilities. It is our hope that Childtime can get the current staff up and going so we will not be forced to make the difficult decision to remove our child from their care."

"We love the school but the classrooms are very small. I am concerned that our son is not able to get outside as much or run around as much as he needs. I LOVE the infant teachers my son had but my son is having difficulty assimilating to the toddler room. I'm not sure if it's because he just transitioned there last week but he seems to be very fussy when I drop him off instead of running to the teachers like he used to in the infant room. The teachers in the toddler room are not as affectionate as the infant teachers were so I think my son just isn't used to that. Overall, we LOVE the school we just had a couple of concerns as just discussed. I'm not sure what the correct solution is but I just wanted to mention this. We are also concerned about the price but not enough to switch our son to a different school at this point."

"I always thought that this daycare center was better than others in our area; and have heard good things from multiple sources. However, my experience does not reflect that. I have grown really tired of not receiving proper updates about my children's day from any teachers that they are in contact with. Oftentimes at pickup I will ask about their day and get answers like Oh, I don't know I wasn't with them all day or I don't know I just got in here - this is a completely unacceptable answer from a daycare center. It just proves that the teachers are not properly communicating and working as a team to provide a proper service to my children. I have stopped asking about their days because I always get answers similar to this. I also feel like when incidents happen (injuries), that I do not get the full complete story. I often feel as though bits and pieces are being left out to ensure that the daycare is still seen in a good light. I also find that many times I am given different versions of the same story, and they never add up to a complete picture. I don't ever feel like I am honestly being told what is going on, and that gives me a lot of doubt about this daycare center. I also don't like when an incident does happen that I receive a phone call while I am work, and then questions that I ask cannot be answered. I should not be receiving a call unless all my questions can be properly answered."

I understand it’s a tough job and the pay at our school is not great so I understand. But it’s hard to accept that once you get comfortable with a person they may leave tomorrow..."

"The overall experiences have been good. My child's teachers seem to care and enjoy their jobs. They are generally warm and nurturing. Besides the allergen being served the other day, its been great. So they could improve the communication between the teachers and cooks. There does seem to be understaffing though. The teachers seem to be moved around a lot, which I personally don't like. I think a sign of high quality care is having set employees taking care of the same kids, I also think this may have prevented my child getting food she has shown an allergy to."
