"The teachers at the infant care room are AMAZING!! Again, Norma, Carmen, tesha, Angelica and Tina are out of this world!! They are so kind to my son and are always so welcoming when we get there. I’ve seen a hue improvement in my son’s social skills. Thank you ladies for all that you do!"

"The teachers are nice; however, the director or her assistant hardly ever greet me. They treat the teachers and staff poorly. This is one of the main reasons why I am taking my child out of this daycare. It’s such a shame that I took my oldest daughter now 11 years old when she was a baby back in 2008 and this facility is nothing compared to what it used to be. It seems that all they care about is money, money, money. The director needs to care more about her staff, the children, and the parents. Once I walk in the building you can feel the bad energy. It’s such a shame how things have changed not even my oldest daughter wants to return back to the daycare. If you guys care about parents feed back you MUST look into hiring another director and making parents feel that their children are taken care of as well as l the teachers. Plus all the food they serve the children is canned food."

"We have been there many years and the cost continues to rise without change to the center. It looks old and poorly maintained especially outside. The interior should be updated. I pay fully pay for my kids no tax payer help but yet it seems the center caters to those familie that get government help. In addition, numerous center directors contribute to an unstable environment."

"The teachers and overall program have been great as it all has benefited my child. I have seen positive results in my child's growth. Although front office management staff is in great need of being replaced or in need of a tremendous amount of training especially the director. Overall I am happy but I also am only using this school as it is the only school in the area that is apart of the military discount program childcare aware. If not for this fact this school would not even be on my radar screen of choices. They are doing good for my child but if I had more choices I'd choose elsewhere."

"So far my experience with the school has been great. My child is only a few months old and seems to enjoy it. Teachers and staff members show lots of care and nurtured. The reason why I rate the school a 7 on cleanliness and tidiness is because its not quite clean. Kitchen counters look messy, walls look dirty, windows are dirty. Also water is used to warm bottles up (did I mentioned we are in a water crisis). Infant room has about 12 infants, each baby takes about 4-7 bottles a day that's 84 bottles a DAY!!! Please reconsider another option. Prices are a bit high, my husband and I work but we are cutting it close every month. Please reconsider in lowering prices, to make affordable for everyone. Overall staff and teachers are great and would love to continue to take our child, but the price might make it impossible in the future. Thank you!"

For example, one teacher leaves for the day and another takes over and they do not communicate with one another on what issues, problems or concerns they may have regarding a child. Also, since our child has been attending this school we have never had a conference with our child's teacher to go over how they are doing in general. We believe this is something the school should do every so often and not something the parents should be requesting themselves."

"I have enjoyed everything about the facility and staff for more than 4 yrs. With the new director, the atmosphere has changed for the worse. I can tell the staff are not happy. She is not warm or pleasant. My children's teachers' are great and the program is good. I enjoy the extra activities/programs that are offered during the school day."
