Many of the new teachers hired are little more than adults who show up to maintain the child ratio. Many are nice people, but lack the skill to educate kids. The school is held together by a handful of great teachers while the director and the other do-nothing teachers drag it down. If I just wanted someone to keep my kids alive while I at work, there are lots of cheaper options. We came to Child Time for the social interaction, physical exercise and achademic curriculum, but have received little of that. What we do get, we've had to demand from the staff. Time to clean out the dead wood and let the good teachers do their job."
